This page covers what happens to the information you send us through the contact form on this site. Short version: we use it to reply to you, and for nothing else.
Only what you type into the form: your name, your business, how to reach you, and what you tell us about your situation. No accounts, no tracking cookies, no analytics profiles.
We read it and we reply. If we end up working together it becomes part of our normal client records. If we do not, it just sits in the enquiry log until it is deleted.
Enquiry records are kept for a maximum of 24 months and then deleted automatically.
Nobody. We never sell or share your details. Enquiries are stored with our infrastructure provider (Cloudflare) solely so they reach us reliably.
Want your enquiry deleted sooner, or want a copy of what we hold? Email hello@rmdigitalnexus.co.uk and it is done.
